At RWB Yoga

  • Options are available if you cannot work on the floor
  • Classes are small and everyone is welcome exactly as they are

  • You go into each pose in a way that ensures your safety and avoids all pain
  • The teacher helps you to modify poses when necessary to honour what your body can and cannot do
